For an US based influencer agency we tailored an opportunity workshop to identify opportunities in the field of interactive formats. We created a concept, a business plan and tested it face-to-face with interviews for its feasibility.

For an European broadcaster we analyzed global best practices of big data strategies for broadcasters and presented this for their top management.
Google Design Sprint
Using the Google Design Sprint approach we worked with an European broadcaster to develop and test a new strategic initiative. Through customer mapping, prototyping and testing ideas directly in front of the target audience we created buy-in and a concept that is currently being implemented.

Strategy and Concept Validation
For the Brazilian television network, Globo, we validated their second screen app on concept, monetization and technical infrastructure and developing the strategic vision for the digital department.
